· Employment disputes: Employment Disputes can arise for almost any reason. However, there are a number of employment disputes that are more likely to occur. These agreements cover a wide spectrum of disputes that can arise in a business setting, but they do not capture the full spectrum. Arguments and disputes can happen in a business over almost anything. Luckily effective management and quick mediation can resolve many smaller disputes.
